Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the first health coach on the JETSWEAT team. My name is Alexis, and I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a private practice, Alexis Hawes Health. I’m excited to bring my expertise to JETSWEAT, and I want to share why we’re launching health coaching and how it can support you in reaching new levels of well-being.

As a health coach, my role is to help people make lasting lifestyle changes that go beyond the gym.
